Our Purpose: The Hautian Ocean Parrot Head Club, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving and improving the environment; active in community oriented projects and concerns. The organization will engage in activities which are charitable, educational & recreational and which promote the general welfare of the community.
